Do you keep carbs high also because you still look pretty full for that level of shred, i cant decide if i lower protein and up carbs or not

Everbody build is different and my upperbody looks more shredded compared to my lowerbody which is still soft

My calories are now 2465 a day.
Only on a new low, i have a refeed with 410gr carbs

Yeah tbh I think sometimes over fixate on body fat percentages when in reality they’re irrelevant it’s just about the look

I used to do this to, just speaking from personal experience but when I cut the protein to 2g/kg bw (that is from direct sources) and increased the carbs life was a lot better
