Bloodwork was actually immaculate even after 28 weeks on 700t 300eq I mean even HDL was mid 50s

Hm. Im giving jardiance a run now. Pulling bloods to see if any difference. Food isnt very high but my baseline test before jardiance should be enough

Eq is great so long as you dont start it high. Especially if you get the eq hunger

my cystatin is typically good. My egfr though was 86 the last two times which isnt great but not bad. Bp always under control. But egfr isnt the best metric to follow either

Ive seen a friends go to 6. With no issues and apoB perfect. So i take hdl with a grain of salt

Why do you want LCMS. That’s not needed most of the time. Really only if you want to identify impurities

LCMS machines are incredibly expensive and require more complex maintenance. It’s why a lot of labs don’t have them.
