I used reta first and i liked it but for me all it did was make me insanely full after any sort of meal pretty much

On both sema and reta im still hungry idk it's likely a dopamine pathway issue rather than glp1 pathway

My appetite after these 10mgs was lower genuinely only cuz I been nauseous the whole time once I dont feel nauseous my appetite is still like 65% I'd say
