I find Tirz keeps me fuller, but Reta’s stimulating effect pulls me off food more mentally, It’s weird, I can’t decide which I like more 😂
There’s definitely something to be said about glucagon’s stimulating effect and how it can reduce the drive to eat even if you’re a little grumbly.
