Just recieved these goodies. Google isn’t very helpful with doses and bro science is very varying.
The L carnatine is pre mixed so what’s reccomended dose a day.
Nad and tesa need mixing so how much to mix in and then how much daily/ recommendations please

If you think about using it pre workout yeh well you need IM but it’s more against the pip and not worth it
