there was some study that showed injecting every 4th day is optimal since the effectiveness starts to dip by like 30-40% by the 4th day but it's cool i'll stick to 1x a week ig

Na I'm not hating on you for trying to do more I inject every 5 days, your information about a 4 day half life was just wrong and can lead to a big build up without realising
