With 250 a week you might have e2 issues that will make you bloat, id go 100-120mg a week and do .25mg sema a week for a month then titrate up to .5mg and so on

Mots C mixed with Bac Water became very thick, like jelly. Has anyone had a similar situation?

Hospira is hospital grade I’m pretty sure
Never rely on china bac to actually be bac water
