You can use sterile water if your aseptic technique is 110% on point. It's what I use and my pre-loaded reta syringes last til I use them up to 4 weeks. I have the 36iu kits. I'll reconstitute with 180 units of water so that every 10 units reconstituted is 2iu HGH. I use 8mm insulin needles for hgh
