Don't think of it that way. Your dilution is still 0.2IU/unit so just pull as many units you need based off that to get your required dose
So if that's the plan, 24iu vial reconstituted with 1.2ml BAC, to do a 2iu injection you would use 10units. Meaning 12 doses from your vial
Honestly it's simple.
If your is:
10iu use 1ml,
24iu use 2.4ml,
36iu use 2ml
He keeps confusing iu with units, I think what he's trying to ask is with the powder dissolved will the volume go up to 144 *units*
