I have a friend wanting to switch to tirz from semaglutide. She was on 1mg weekly with sema. But she worked up to that. Would starting her at 1.25mg of tirz be a good starting point? I have no experience with sema, nor does anyone I personally know.

2.5 1st week 5mg after that, sema is a really strong suppression

Oh wow. I did not know that it was that strong. I figured the same at tirz. She said it helped with her colitis and inflammation in general because of her autoimmune disorder. Is tirz as good for those as well?
