Best way to reconstitute HGH 36IU and wanting to pin every other day?

For recon, I recommend either using 1.8ml of fluid, or 3.6ml fluid this keeps it at either a .5 = 1, or a 1=1. Example. if you recon with 1.8ml, 5 units will = 1iu. if you recon with 3.6ml, 10 units will = 1iu. you have to keep it refridgerated after recon. Why are you doing it every other day? And since you mentioned that I feel obligated to ask, what iu dosage are you planning to do, what is your goal, and how long are you planning on running it?

Im amazed by some of the recommendations in here. It goes with it saying, but do your own research before doing anything. Your own SCIENTIFIC research. Not the copy and paste of tiktok influencer slop. If you can manage to get your baseline igf-1 levels, that is always a good idea and will help really dial you in. Anything else is just guess work. Everyone is different so these cookie cutter protocols are meaningless and even potentially risky. That said, if you aren't going to get your baseline levels these are parameters that are widely used based off the average person and their experiences / levels. Everything is anecdotal. 1iu would be a good approximation of a replacement dose for a middle aged man. 2iu would be a replacement dose (on the high end) for someone in their mid 20's. 3iu is super physiological. Your IGF-1 would 100% be higher than 99% of men. 1.5iu - 2iu/daily would be a comfortable place to be for anti aging. Anything higher and the metabolic effects become more significant, but at the cost of insulin resistance side effects. And anyone who tells you you need to run it for "6 months" to see results is stupid. Run it as needed. Daily injections is recommended.
