Can get some help on dosage for Reta we currently take trez but want to try Reta also looking for someone for my wife for her circles under her eyes

start on 0.5 pin once for 1 week and just go up 0.5 every week

Starting dose indeed 0.5, but don't go up every week with 0. 5! Stay 4 weeks on the same dose. Only in the first weeks, if you are one of the persons who doesn't feels it immediately, you go up with 0.5, but if a dosis works, stay on it for 4 weeks.
