Anyone here take selank? How long did it take you to notice any anxiety relief and what dosage are you on? I’m on 500mcg daily but I haven’t noticed too much. I take it subq instead of nasal spray.

For me Selank is very mild, I finished two vials and a lot of sleep anxiety that I had for a few months there went away but there’s still some general anxiety that I feel is present. Just following a protocol of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

I take 1mg but a lot of forums/subs I’ve read say you should only take 500mcg max..
