Going to go on Reta is it better to run Tesa or Mots-c or cjc with ipa with this any help would be appreciated

Do a Tesa/Ipa blend or a CJC/Ipa blend. MOTS-C can also be run with these. In fact, I combine Mots-C with NAD+
