Im about to start Tirz, Ive reconstituted my 10mg vial with 1ml bac, what should my starting dose be?

2.5mg 4weeks then 5mg 4 weeks 7.5mg 4 weeks and so on .

Follow the trials as Josh said, 2.5mg for 4 weeks, then increase 2.5mg every 4 weeks going forth unless you find a dose that is perfect for you then just stay there a little longer
