I just got my IGF1 test back and my IGF1 levels have decreased since taking BBA GH at 6IU/day for longer than a month? Is there something I could be doing wrong?

How do you feel? Sleep? Recovery? Fluid retention, numb hands? Lot of variables in play regarding igf1. It’s not a reliable indicator to determine whether your GH is good or working.

Not much difference in sleep or recovery but definitely feeling the joint paint in my wrist and numbness in my fingers after I inject

Normally it takes a few months to see/feel the full effects of GH. After 3 I’d take personally inventory. If you still have concerns about your hgh then you’d need to have an hgh serum test or get the GH tested.

What is a reliable test to know over the shortest timeframe i.e. 2 weeks and then 3 months+?

IGF will tell if the GH is good or rubbish, but you need to know where you were before you started it, has it dropped from your natural levels or from taking other hgh? What’s one are you using?
