I asked my rep. She clarified for me. It does come already reconstituted with 10mL of bac water. Thank you though

Yes reps are chinese, so there may be a bit of communication issues due to translation app

That's what I meant. I was agreeing with you. My guess is they told him that it's in a 10ml vial and therefore could be made up w/up to that much.
