If you're not gh deficient you'd need 0.08mg/kg for hgh to have any benefit to your height, also Sub Q is unoptimal aswell due to growth being pulsatile, best would be to split your GH every 2-3 hours if possible or AM / PM Intra muscular as it mimicks pulsatile growth, but then again igf-1 is limited by so many factors so you'd need to add in lantus to be able to better express igf-1. 10 IU of lantus should do at the start🥰

So I would only need 5.3ius? Because I weigh 65.77kg. Someone else told me I should do 0.21mg per kg. And ik i have to be fasted throughout at least 3 hours before taking it so I wouldn’t be able to do it throughout the day but maybe am/pm
