1 shot pre bed - start at 4iu and progress on wards. Don’t need 10iu at your size. Only need to use insulin if blood glucose rises too high it’s not needed for everyone don’t listen to these clowns who know fk all

You're a 30 year old meso rx unc that hasn't read a single study about igf-1 expression and think you're all knowing because you've ran gh for your entire life, hate to break it to you, insulin should always be used with gh, always good to have a slin base covered no matter what, and no. 4 iu wont do fuckshit for most people and the more is the better
