OP
Hi everyone, I need a bit of help. I have a 40mg vial of Reta, and I want to divide it into 4 monthly injections—meaning for 4 people. Each person takes a dosage of 1.4mg per week. How can I divide it up to get 4 injections while minimizing waste?

If this is just the concentration calculation:
40 mg medication
Maximum 3 mL diluent
Then the concentration is:
40 mg ÷ 3 mL = 13.33 mg/mL
For a 1.4 mg dose:
1.4 mg ÷ 13.33 mg/mL = 0.105 mL
So each weekly dose would be approximately 0.105 mL (about 10.5 units on a U-100 insulin syringe
