Its not recommended. Ive done it but switched back to seperate dosing when i noticed gh wasnt hitting the same when mixing

Usually 1-2ml of bac in a 50mg bottle. I cant speak for others but i dont experience any pain at that amount of bac. The less volume the better imo lol i do the same for my gluta at 1.5-3ml bac

so 4ml is good for 100mg bottle, if the 100mg bottles hold more than 3ml
