Increased igf1 levels for prolonged time decrease life span? Is this true

Higher IGF-1 is associated with shorter lifespans.
High is associated with more cancer, heart attacks and stroke.
Very low has other problems. Depression, high lipids, poor immune system function.

Whats considered higher igf1? Will something like 2-4iu of gh cause that?
