SSA : I learned that there is currently a lot of investigation in China into laboratories and raw material manufacturing plants. And that this caused a pause in production as well as a considerable delay in parcel shipments.

They were not busted, the manufacturer was. Hence all resellers have gone quiet because they probably have back orders with the manufacturer who got raided.
They’re playing it safe to protect the customers.
