From what I’ve seen most people can handle like 300-350 test no ai unless you’re just a heavier / fatter person or maybe you’re genetically unlucky

I have already done all required research, and have come to the conclusion that I need an AI. If I didn't know already then I wouldn't be responsible enough to use any of these compounds.
