It’ll be a slow pin and you’ll want to backload it. So it’s not ideal, but can be done

Try to draw out test or primo with it and you’ll see 😂. It would be extraordinarily slow to draw with that

How would I figure that out?

Take a bit of the oil and rub it on the demarcations of a slin pin. If the ink rubs off, it’s likely MCT, EO, or Guiacol. If it doesn’t smell heavily of chemicals, most likely of those three is MCT

Also know what’s most likely. You’re only likely to see EO or Guiacol with high concentration oils or oral suspensions. Both of which should ideally be avoided

Could I ask the vendor what kind it is?

You can. Depends on how reputable they are if they’ll give you the truth. I’ve dealt with vendors who lied about using synthetic carriers

The maker should know, you can guess by seeing how runny it is also
