Dosing is key, 250mcg each nasal What ever that works out from your spray bottle and strength.

The shorter (less amino acids in sequence) the better. Usually you can calculate with 1-70% bioavailability. Melanotan-2 is a „bigger“ Peptide but it’s circular shape is better for nasal applications. General, if nobody uses it nasally, you can assume that it is too big. Smaller peptides: GHK, Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Semax, Selank… 10-70% Big Peptides: HCG, GLPs, IGF1-LR3, HGH… expect 0.1% availability

Reconstitute it, Then work out the maths and figure out what your spray bottle is, For example my spray bottle did like 0.1ml per spray, I used 1ml bac 3ml saline and it gave me 250mcg per spray

MT-1 is nasal less active than MT-2. (not a cyclic peptide) Most nasal sprays have 0.1ml per squirt. If you want 500mcg per spray, dilute 10mg in 2ml (2ml = 20 sprays, 10mg/20=0,5 mg)
