Spikes = best. No more need for a needle to draw out and you dont fk up the rubber. Some vials I only use 0.2ml cause I pin ed. 50 times in doesnt matter the needle, it will get ripped. So maybe for everyone who uses one vial for 20+ injects I can recommend using Spikes
