Placed an order. Does the tracking info come from the BBA support (@BBA_Mia) when it’s shipped?

Yes — you should store bacteriostatic water (bac water) in the refrigerator after opening it. Here’s why: Preservative activity: Bac water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which helps inhibit bacterial growth, but it doesn’t completely prevent it. Refrigeration slows down any potential microbial growth and keeps the solution sterile longer. Shelf life: Once opened, bac water is typically good for up to 28 days if kept refrigerated. At room temperature, contamination risk rises, especially if the vial is punctured multiple times. Chemical stability: Cool temperatures help maintain the chemical stability of benzyl alcohol and the water’s sterility. If unopened, you can store it at room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F) in a dark, dry place until the expiration date. Once opened → refrigerate and discard after 28 days.
