Depends on you mate, reta is a good start into peptides, hgh is a bit more of a intermediate peptide as more sides and bpc/tb are begginer peptides that have amazing benefits

i’ve been stacking hgh while on reta just to maintain muscle mass while losing weight, only side effects from hgh currently is hands/fingers numbness/tingling after waking up that’s just been happening recently
