GENOTROPIN (somatropin) for injection is a white, lyophilized powder in a single-patient-use or single-dose, two-chamber cartridge intended for subcutaneous injection after reconstitution. The front chamber contains somatropin and the rear chamber contains the diluent.

I did both, and I must admit that I felt the effects more quickly with the nasal spray. So I decided to reconstitute my vials both ways. One vial in the form of a nasal spray, where I use saline water, not bac water. And one vial as an injection, which I reconstitute with bac water. I take the spray in the morning, and another dose in the evening, if necessary, by injection. I will do this for my entire kit
