For semax/selank users - how do you measure what dose/solution volume you get from one nasal sprey push? I cant find a single shop where it is measured

I just ain for 250mcg, 10mg + 4ml of water gives you 250mcg as long as your spray bottle is 0.1ml.

Worse case you can test it, put 1ml bac water in and spray it until it runs out and do the maths haha

I just used bac water as it seemed to be extra secure, didn't want any bacteria getting up no nose..
