No that will be a mistake, if your bac water wasn't there it was missed out on accident, message your rep and send a photo and just explain the situation and she will come to a solution with you mate.

That bac water got thrown in the bin and wa replaced instantly, no one has any issues since. 10ml white cap = good to go.

And it's normally the sides that cause the death not the drug, for example someone died in the UK from mounjaro (tirzepitide) because she was drinking virtually 0 liquids gave her pancreatitis and then didn't go and get checked early enough.
