No it means there's no dimer, more dimer = more adverse sides.

Everyone has different amounts they produce. There is no arbitrary number that can be said someone produces a certain amount. Factors like age for example can make a massive difference. 2iu's is not an average replacement for a 40 year old but likely replacement or lower for a teen or early 20s.
