Do it all pre bed 10iu so your slin sensitivity wont be sht all day, or if you use slin than w/e

All 10iu before bed? Going to have a look into that. TBJP/Jordan Peters- I've seen him talking about lot about taking the full dose throughout the night

I would just make sure you need it and benefit from it, being below 220lbs low bf and using 10iu is crazy in my opinion.
