Ask rep for an update from the freight forwarder

She can find out more information than me

Likewise ask rep for an update from freight forwarder, I know there is a issue with UK at the moment, people's parcels delayed. But USA it should update as soon as it gets into your country and clears customs. Assuming both NYC and Boston come via same custom check.

If they're not getting back to you they're probably asleep, it's like 1am there, so just wait till tomorrow morning, if you want me to chase them up send me your tracking numbers and rep in dms and I will chase it tomorrow

Me too!

Hello im from usa also
