Dont run dht compounds
Use finasteride
Use minoxidil topical
Use ketaco shampoo

What everyone else said, but Dutasteride topical is best. Less systemic absorption because of the molecule size, and blocks like 90% of DHT conversion in the scalp as opposed to just 30-66% with finasteride.
