For those with resistant acne, LL-37 + Accutane could be very useful. LL-37 exposes the bacteria to the immune system, etc. while accutane reduces sebum and keratinocyte activity. Seems a great synergy if needed.

Why not start at 0.5mg and gauge your tolerance and response, slowly titrate by 0.5mg based on the degree of appetite suppression relative to your goals. I don’t know many who actually need 5mg.
