Start at 2mg, I have switched from tirz to reta and then back to tirz

Actually a very good suggestion.
Cag works on another receptor to realistically if glp-1 stops you can switch to cag

The only problem is that the amylin countets the glucagon so reta w/ cag doesn't wholly make sense
