Guys, someone has an experience like me? I take: Reta, KLOW, MT-2 and 5AM1 I feel like I am drying out inside. My throat feels like it didn't taste water for weeks. I have cramps even I take magnesium. I drink around 1.5-2.0L water per day. I never have been a heavy water drink (glass or two a day maybe). Do I have to drink more?

No, Reta I take like 3-4 months already, KLOW since 1 month, MT-2 since 1 month and 5AM1 since 2 weeks
