The only time I could foresee a reasonable use of this, and I’m likely missing some other uses, would be in cases of lipohypertrophy from pinning subcut too many times in the same location. Diabetics get it. We can get it too given our lifestyles.

You’re welcome bro. Today, this drug is basically just for double chins. It’s very, very local in effect so you’d need dozens of pins around the love handles anyway.
At the very least, uneven pinning as far as depth and distance between pins would = lumpy and disfigured fat deposits.

Love handles is legit a process of fat loss dude. You’re best to dial in a mild deficit diet, training and sleep on point - preferably all with a competent coach - and use a mitochondrial stack alongside retatrutide. Get your metabolic health optimised and burn fat efficiently.
Man, I've been on Reta , Tesa, and Ss31 since July and am only down 20 lbs but the damn handles get bigger as I lose weight. Lol. That's why I was looking for something localized.
