You can put whatever amount you want

The amount of water you put in won't change how many IUs you take. It'll jusr change the injection volume.

If you put in 3mL of bac water, then how many IUs per mL?

If i put in say 3ml, 3ml has 15IU so 6iu is 18/15ml

Instead of doing 3mLs, do 2. Then you don't have to pin twice.
