I recon 36iu in 1.8ml so in theory each 0.1 = 2iu

I'd choose between keeping same amount of water and increasing the amount of liquid I'd pin by 15% to compensate, or dissolve in 1.55ml and keep the 0.1ml = 2iu of active gh
Depending on how well it dissolves
