If u use 10 iu HGH or more per day . But if you don't use anabolic s with it stay at 4 iu max

At 40 your Igf1 production is stil half of then you where the age of 19 . After 40 it declines with about 4 percent per year. So only 2 iu HGH will make your hair grow faster and your nails but that's it. The horror stories about HGH are all debunked.
