Does it gel right after recon or after you put it in the fridge?
I tried BAC and sterile water, both gelled after a few hours in the fridge.
Now I use BAC and store it at room temperature, it stays a clear liquid this way.

Mine did the same, BBA support (@BBA_Mia) will send you a new one and you can order some WFI online and use that to recon instead of BAC water
