I would say no, Simply because it goes China > Germany > Netherlands and 0 customs between Germany and Netherlands, however if you was to order it directly to your house I would expect to be investigated

Get yourself a virtual postbox in France or Germany, send it there and forward it. But, in general, the quality of Indian oils isn't great. Unfortunately most with 10ml vials are poor (like evolve) The single ampoule brands are better (like alpha) Milage varies across batches though. So would always test with Janoshik. FYI am Dutch as well.

I only buy prime and unique (and the unique sub brand hulk). I assume you buy that directly in NL though? Prices are so low, almost crazy. Not much more expensive than Chinese vendors.
