Shoukd I pin before or after drinking

Anyone use phosphate buffered saline instead of bac water? We get them by the 4gal boxes at my work and apparently it helps preserve protein structure by its tonicity and ability to resist ph changes. I'm gonna try it out on myself after running it through a 0.22um filter but just curious to hear others' experience with it

I'm also saying if it's the same or better then I'm sitting on a (technically free) gold mine and never have to worry about buying bac again lol

need to look at mesorx and look for smaller vendors but its a risk
