Insane, when I bulked up to 90 kilos (I still looked small asf for my height) I was eating maccas every day, drinking full fat milk in the litres to hit my 4500 calories. Completely unhealthy diet and super unsustainable

You should not aim for numbers but what the mirror tells. You should pay attention to your performance in the gym and what the looks do to your current calorie intake.
