I’m not sure if anyone here has much knowledge on type 1 diabetes and how it works and how peptides affect it. but i was wondering how retatrutide affects type 1 diabetes. i wanted to know if it would be safe for me to use retatrutide. im not sure how it would affect my blood sugar or my insulin sensitivity levels or any of that. i’m not overweight or insulin resistant, im 165 pounds at 5 foot 7 inches and a type 1 diabetic and i’m interested in reta to make my cut easier would anyone happen to know about stuff like that? i’m really interested, but afraid that it would mess me up in terms of my diabetes. (please reply if you have any knowledge to share, but preferably dm me so we can converse over it)

Hey Nurse here. I wouldn't recommend it. It makes you more insulin sensitive and that can mess up your insulin protocols. Might be the case that you go into hypoglycemia cause you actually need less insulin when taking Reta. If you still want to try it out, which I absolutely do not recommend, monitor your BG, like a lot. Have some sugar around and be careful with your Insulin injections. If you got a good doctor, talk with him. What's your reasoning behind using Reta if you got Diab. Typ 1 anyway, If you are not overweight?
