Could be a you issue, some people have localized reactions to retatrutide something like 30% in the trials had red Ness and dry skin for 1-3 days after injections.
Could also be a bac water issue, could be low/high pH.
I would first get yourself some hospira bac water BBA can help you.
If still irritation I would chalk it down to your body reacting to it.
Or the very rare but possible case of high endo toxins.
