Per4m is nasty to me, tbh I've never tried others so can't comment 100% but do far per4m is not living up to it's standards set by influencers

again I'm probably autistic and have issues with textures but the only thing protein wise from myprotein i enjoyed as the clear whey, but it gave me the shits

see for me, i used 30g/150ml and it was water, i put in mocrowave for 30 seconds and it turned into clunk lol
